Does anyone know of any cheap, nice, clean hotels in Orlando?

I’m going to Orlando in December and I was wondering if anyone has been to a hotel that is under $60 and it was nice. By nice, I mean clean and safe. I know hotels in Orlando see a lot of traffic, so I don’t expect it to look spotless, but I don’t want bugs and dirt everywhere in the room. I’m not very picky, but I know there are some rooms I would definetely not stay at. When I go places, I usually stay at Hampton Inns, Comfort Inns, etc.. because they are usually nice and cheap, but not so much in Orlando price-wise.
I plan on going to Disney World and Sea World, so probably the Kissimmee area or around Sea World or Disney World.

    I would check
Orlando is a big place, don’t know exactly where your looking at staying. Once you find something in your price range with Expedia, look at customer reviews.

Look for places in Kissimmee. Kissimmee is actually closer to the entrance of WDW than downtown Orlando. Kissimmee is FULL of places to stay and reasonably priced.

Check out the list of hotels at this site to view the hotels in Kissimmee based on the hotel rating. I would try to get the cheapest hotel that has the highest rating basically.

The Comfort Suites Maingate East looks decently priced. The pictures of the hotel look good and decent. It also shows it pretty close to the resort.

    EconoLodge Inn & Suites
(formerly the Best Western Plaza International) This is the International Drive which in my opinion the best place to stay, beccause its near everithing, I stayed 3 years ago in this hotels and it was great, they even had a shuttle to the parks included, the prices start at $44 p/n.

Depending on when you are coming in December, you are visiting the world’s #1 Destination spot at the busiest time of year! Seriously the last two weeks are busiest so that means also the most expensive. I would suggest getting a travel agent and have him/her price out options for you for the dates you are interested no matter when you are visiting. They can also price out additional options like air, car, tickets, etc.

Try Disney World Tickets and Orlando and Kissimmee Hotels. The internet special rates at the beginning of December for these hotels start at $49 a night. To help you choose which hotel best suites your needs see which offers FREE shuttle service to all four major Disney theme parks, free breakfast buffets, Kids 12 and under or child eat free programs, Child-friendly “KidSuites”, free parking and more.

Disney World Tickets also offers great discounts on Disney World Theme Parks, Sea World and other Florida attractions.

I hope that helps and answers your question.

We have stayed at Seralago in Kissimmee. It was safe and clean with a couple pools. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed it (we had a kid suite)

we stayed here last year it’s very cheap and basic but clean…..it is on International Drive within easy walking distance to Sea World and there is an I-ride stop right outside. If you’re not driving and want to go to the theme parks they also do free shuttles to Disney and to Universal.
